We offer SAME DAY contactless delivery to the following areas
Hand Delivery Zone :
Orders placed before 10am will be delivered the same day in the hand delivery zone. Orders placed after 10 am will be delivered the next day unless we are able to fit it in our schedule for the same day - please phone us 0401 733 601 if it is after 10am and we can let you know if delivery can be arranged for that same day.
Delivery will be between 8am and 7pm. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times during the day but if you would like a gift delivered on a specific day please leave a note in the checkout page or call us on 0401 733 601 to discuss delivery requests. We are always happy to try and help out with special delivery requests where we can.
Plant Gifts, Fruit and Vegetable Gifts and Bulky Gifts
Plant Gifts, Fruit Hampers and Bulky gifts can only be delivery in the local hand delivery zone. Please check the delivery zone before placing order for these items. Any orders for plant gifts, fruit hampers and bulky items that are outside of the hand delivery zone will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Australia Wide Delivery
We use Australia Post for all orders outside of our local delivery zone. We will provide a tracking number once the gift has been sent. All gifts sent through Australia Post will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home to receive the gift a card will be left for the recipient to collect from the local post office.
Chocolate and Heat Sensitive Items
During the warmer months we may substitute chocolate and items that are heat sensitive to make sure the gift hamper arrives in good condition.
Gifts Containing Alcohol
Gifts containing alcohol will not be left at delivery address even if you give us authority to leave. A person over the age of 18 years must receive the gift.
If a gift is delivered and there are damaged items please phone us 0401 733 601 to let us know what was damaged and to organise replacement.
Re Delivery Fee
A redelivery fee may be charged if we attempt delivery and:
the delivery address is wrong
there is no access to the house because of locked gates, dogs, or a secured building or site.
there is no safe place to leave the gift due to risk of theft, no protection from sun/wind etc.
the delivery is to a hospital and the patient has been discharged
